Basically had to some drawing of an object, but not draw the object, just draw something that the object had but didn't physically have ... kind of thing. Then, create a 3D drawing of those drawings that wasn't the actual object but had an essence of it - I think.
I was using my old gameboy (4 parts = 2 AA batteries, tetris game, gameboy itself), its purple and slightly transparent so you can see the inside of it. I went along the lines of: I can see all the wires and components inside when I pick it up, but I don't have a clue what any of them do. When I turn it on and begin playing a game this all become irrelevant. So I went along the lines of making something that made no sense when you looked at it, unless you put it together in a certain way and then when you achieved the correct orientation of the two objects, it made sense. If that makes sense.

It appears to say "off" when the objects are not a lined correctly, it is the only text you can see.

When the bit of baby bell wrapper I stuck on the end of one of the cocktail sticks matches up the red circle on the other bit. The only text you can know see is the word "on" spread across the front and back of the two structures.
